Customer Service Associate

Duties include processing incoming orders from telephone and email, tracking orders in response to customers' inquiries, and related order fulfillment and shipping tasks.

Susan brings to Gaussian several years’ experience as office manager at a research and consulting firm as well as experience in the human resources division of a retail firm.

Susan enjoys spending time with her three children, and also tells us she enjoys cooking (we can't wait!).
