Customer Service Associate

Duties include processing incoming orders from telephone and email, tracking orders in response to customers' inquiries, and related order fulfillment and shipping tasks.

Monica has 12 years of experience doing inside sales and customer service with an east coast distributor of OEM and after-market automotive parts.

Monica lists reading, physical fitness, and remodeling her new house as current interests. In her spare time she is also learning to create stained glass.
