Customer Service Associate

Duties include processing incoming orders from telephone and email, tracking orders in response to customers' inquiries, and related order fulfillment and shipping tasks.

Jamie holds a B.A. in Anthropology/English from the University of Connecticut. Prior to working for Gaussian, Jamie held a position in customer service with a major grocery chain for many years.

Jamie's interests include reading, music, and spending time with family and friends. She also participates in Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art.
