Customer Service Associate

Duties include processing incoming orders from telephone and email, tracking orders in response to customers' inquiries, and related order fulfillment and shipping tasks.

Prior to working for Gaussian, Amy spent ten years working in customer service with several retail companies. She holds a B.A. in Communications/Journalism from Marist College in New York.

Amy enjoys reading, writing and athletics such as hiking and kayaking.
