Customer Service Associate

Duties include processing incoming orders from telephone and email, tracking orders in response to customers' inquiries, and related order fulfillment and shipping tasks.

Prior to working for Gaussian, Adria held several positions doing inside sales and customer service for many years with industrial firms.

Adria's interests include sports (“I feel younger than I am!”), reading, and music. She also enjoys spending much time with family and friends.
