Returns Policy

• All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by Gaussian, Inc. Please call or send email to orders@gaussian.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping.

• Returned software products must be received within 30 days of the invoice date or no refund will be issued, in the original, unopened packaging, with all items included and unmodified.

• Returned books (permitted only on orders of 10 or more copies) must be received within 120 days of the invoice date in undamaged, resalable condition. Book invoices must be paid in full prior to any returns.

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product to Gaussian, Inc.

• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee equal to 15%.

• Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
  

These commodities, technology or software were exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
